AI Usage Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
1. Overview
ToolVines integrates intelligent algorithms to assist in search, metadata generation, and contextual recommendation workflows. This policy defines how artificial intelligence (AI) models interact with your data, what endpoints are used, and how your privacy is protected.
2. Privacy & Data Input Handling
A core commitment of the ToolVines platform is data privacy. When using our standard utilities, the following policies apply:
- No Model Training: ToolVines does not send your input files, converted texts, or calculator values to public model providers for training purposes.
- Client-Side Execution: Most image processing, document cases, and math calculations operate entirely client-side. The browser itself handles the calculations, meaning your raw documents and images never touch our servers, let alone any external AI model.
- Anonymized Requests: If you interact with an explicit AI-powered tool (like the Blog Title Generator), request payloads are forwarded anonymously via secure API proxies. No identifying cookies, IPs, or local workspace logs are coupled with the model request.
3. Verification and Model Accuracy
Generative AI tools can occasionally create "hallucinations" or produce text patterns that contain factual deviations. ToolVines labels all AI-augmented outputs with detailed notices, recommending that users double-check any outputs involving critical numbers, software code compiling, or formal copywriting.
4. Policy Updates and Inquiries
As AI capabilities evolve, we audit and update our proxies to maintain alignment with privacy standards. For details or compliance questions, please contact our software architecture team at contact@toolvines.com.
